Lovely food which was recommended by several people, so we had to try and the recommendations are really true! Waiting times are not known. Since the place is beloved, food is prepared faster than you can imagine. Really great place!
Yes,yes, yes. You walknthrough old town Corfu and get hungry? Looking for a quick bit of delicous energy and taste? Here you are right. Super friendly. Even if there are no seats available, order-pay and the service personal will bring you everything outside to enjoy. Fair prices (we had 8 of the typical to go wraps for approx 30,00 euros) Anytime /always again
What an exceptional experience enjoying dinner as well as a lunch at Ninos. Lunch tables turn quickly- opens 12 noon, so be waiting to avoid a much longer wait. Reasonable prices and pita Gyro are great value for money. Plated Gyro is always more expensive.
We came for lunch and had the best Gyro wrap of our lives. We had to come back for dinner on the same day to have it again. Definitely recommend.
I had to try it as it is a classic in town.. it did not disappoint! The gyro was juicy and full of flavor! You have to order the one with everything. They have other dishes but I recommend trying their gyro. It is hard to get a table though and we didn’t go in high season so in any case I recommend going in the slowest times of the day or very early to get a dinner.
The best gyros I have tried whilst being in Corfu, the blend of flavours was to die for! We also ordered a steak which only cost around 16 and was huge value for money and packed with flavour
This tavern was where I had my first authentic Greek food experience in Corfu, and I loved it! The tavern is just as I had always imagined a cute, old tavern: cozy, busy, friendly staff and amazing local food - and very affordable. I'm still wondering how to cook the Pastitstada at home... definetly a must try!
This taverna has been around for over 100 years and serves traditional Corfu dishes such as Sofrito and Bourdeto, which you can also try elsewhere but they are really superb here. Everything they offer is delicious. I love places like this - their spirit, the preserved tradition and diligence. The place is small and usually you have to wait for a free table, but it's totally worth it.
